Sudhi Padki

I build design systems and ship accessible product UI. Currently open to new roles in Sydney or remote.

Product designer with a background in frontend development. I've led design system rollouts, redesigned conversion-critical pages, and shipped accessible UI to WCAG 2.1 AA across fintech, government, and SaaS. I work best when embedded with engineering and product teams, solving problems that sit at the intersection of usability, consistency, and delivery speed.

Approach

How I think about design

Digital Accessibility

I design for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance from the start, not as a retrofit. Every project I ship meets accessibility standards because it's built into how I work, not bolted on at the end.

User Psychology

Interface decisions have psychological consequences. I use established principles from cognitive psychology to reduce friction, set accurate expectations, and help users complete what they came to do.

Design Systems & Scalability

Shared component foundations let teams ship faster and more consistently. I've built and shipped design systems at scale, and I know where the hard problems actually live: in governance, adoption, and the handoff between design and code.

Let's build something that lasts.

If you're building something worth using, I'd love to chat about it.
